30-Day Money-Back Guarantee If you're not happy with your Crashbox Console, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return for a refund. Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging.
How to start a return Email us at demjan@liskoflowsolutions.com with your order number and a quick note about the issue. We'll reply with return instructions.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow [5–10] business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Damaged or defective items If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within [48 hours / 7 days] of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.
Return shipping
- For defective or incorrect items, we cover return shipping.
- For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
